About the artist
Eddy (he/him) is a Portland-based artist and tattooer who has been working in the city’s creative scene for over a decade. Known for blending retro advertising imagery with surreal, abstract elements, Eddy’s work often features unexpected motifs like multiple eyes, robot cables, dentures, and playful mechanical forms, all rendered with bold color and vintage-inspired graphic energy.
His artistic approach is shaped by an unusual combination of influences. Growing up with a father in the dental industry and spending years working in customer service, Eddy developed a fascination with the relationship between professionalism and care. Today, he brings that same philosophy to his tattoo practice, treating the studio with the same attention to detail and quality that you might expect from a medical practice, while ensuring clients leave with both a great tattoo and a memorable experience.

poster
Eddy’s poster introduces a bizarre and energetic take on Saucy that feels like a hybrid between a mascot, a robot, and a living cartoon.
The result is something that feels like a retro sci-fi mascot blueprint, celebrating the idea that Bangers players are powered by equal parts heart, weirdness, and pure sausage energy.

Scarf
Eddy’s scarf design leans into bold, high-contrast graphics inspired by classic supporter scarves and vintage sports merchandise. The monochrome palette gives the piece a timeless feel, almost like an old-school stadium graphic or newspaper illustration, while still maintaining Eddy’s playful cartoon style.
